3D MODEL DESCRIPTION:

Well isn't that just prime.

With the release of the Agora G1 Optimus Prime partwork figure, there has been one thing missing to help make him look closer to his 1984 animated form.  His proper side antennas.

Taking measurements off of line work from the animated show, Jeff Fink and Lou Dalmaso have recreated these replacement pieces that when painted with a Dupli Color automotive spray paint called "Intense Blue Pearl" will match the look of the Agora model. The replacement part can be installed onto the head using the existing screws that come from Agora.

This 3D kit part has been designed to be printed in either PLA or Resin & comes with a left and right side piece.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS

Printing Details:

The prototype print was done using a Creality CR-10 with the following Cura settings.

Light Grey Hatchbox PLA (1.75 mm)

Printing Temp 198 deg Celsius

Bed Temp 60 deg Celsius

Print Speed 50 mm/s

0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer height.

Wall thickness is 1.2 mm with an infill of 30% using a zigzag infill pattern.

A brim was used with support material needed for some parts.

The parts measure 27.2mm wide by 10.75mm thick with a height of 63.25mm
